Base Turnover Fee (2-3hr visit): $100-$140

Laundry & linen Change : +$30-$50

Restocking Consumables (e.g., toiletries, coffee, snacks): +$30-$50

Organizing & Styling Elements : $150-$250 per turnover 

All hours purchased must be split into 3-hour sessions unused hours within the 3-hour session will not be refunded. Organizational bookings will be charged for a 3-hour minimum Rate + Time. Work limit times are 3-hour minimum & 5-hour maximum per session. ALL PREPAID SESSIONS 10HRS+ RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT!

Moving & Life Transitions 

Light Move Assist

$600 - $1,000 (1 Day service )

- Labeling and styling to make spaces functional from day one 

- Removal of packing materials 

Whole -Home New Chapter 

$2,000 - $3,500 (2+ days, depending on size)

- Complete unpacking & organization of entire home

$600 - $1,000 (1 day service)

- Restyling of existing decor, with option for Jo & Co. shopping service (products billed separately)

- One main area styled for entertaining (living room, dining room, entryway, front porch, back porch)

- Tree Decoration Included 

- Table centerpiece or mantle styling 

- Optional Add-on: Post-party takedown service available (+ $150 - $250)

Business & Office Holiday Magic 

$ 800 - $1,500 (per project, based on size)
